摘要
目的:减少临床不合理用药,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:对吉林省四平市中心医院2009年5月—2010年4月应用抗菌药物的病历进行分析,对抽查病历逐一审查,挑选出其中不合理用药的病历进行统计分析。结果:共抽取病例3 750份,不合理用药病历285份,占总病历数的7.6%。结论:不合理用药现象亟待改进,必须实施处方点评,开展临床合理用药培训等有效措施,解决不合理用药问题。
OBJECTIVE：To reduce the incidence of irrational drug use and provide reference for clinical rational drug use.METHODS： The medical records of patients received antimicrobial drugs in our hospital between May 2009 and April 2010 were analyzed and examined one by one,with the medical records in which there was irrational use of antibiotics analyzed statistically.RESULTS： A total of 3 750 medical records were collected,of which,285（7.6%） were irrational ones.CONCLUSION： It is urgent to tackle the irrational drug use problems by taking effective measures such as comment on prescription and carrying out training on clinical rational drug use etc.
