摘要
目的:调查本市某二级甲等综合性医院门诊处方不合理用药情况,以促进合理用药。方法:随机抽查2009年1—12月门诊处方14 121张,分析处方不合理用药情况,统计不合理用药处方比例。结果:不合理用药处方总计371张,占所审核处方的2.63%。结论:该院门诊存在一定的不合理用药现象,需进一步改进和提高。
OBJECTIVE：To investigate the irrational outpatient drug use in a Grade II Class A general hospital so as to promote rational drug use.METHODS： 14 121 outpatient prescriptions from Jan.to Dec.in 2009 were analyzed statistically in respect of the irrational drug use and the proportion of the irrational prescriptions.RESULTS： Of the outpatient prescriptions reviewed,371（2.63%） were irrational.CONCLUSION： The outpatient drug use is somewhat irrational in the hospital,thus the drug use in this hospital remains to be improved further.
