摘要
目的:探讨用解脲支原体( U U)人工感染精子后,精子的形态学改变。 方法:运用电镜和相差显微镜观察 U U 人工感染正常精子和未感染精子24 h 后的形态学改变。 结果: U U 感染24 h 后,部分精子头部有较多的 U U吸附,在 U U 吸附部位精子膜出现破损;同时,畸形精子明显增加,主要为头尾折角、卷尾及精子凝集。 结论: U U感染对精子形态学的影响是造成男性不育的重要因素之一。
Objectives:To inquire into morphological changes of sperm infected artificially by Ureaplasma Urealyticum(UU). Methods:Using electron microscope and phase contrast microscope,we observed morphological changes of sperm infected for 24 hour by UU and no infected by UU. Results:After infected for 24 hour by UU,the head of sperm was absorbed by UU and the membrane of sperm was damaged by UU.Meantime,abnormality of sperm significantly increased,mainly being head tail angularity,coiled tail and sperm agglutination. Conclusions:Morphological changes of sperm infected by UU is one of causes that bring about male infertility.
