摘要
目的：提纯并分析人精子膜抗原。 方法：用表面活性剂 Ｔｒｉｔｏｎ Ｘ１００ 及脱氧胆酸钠（ Ｄ Ｏ Ｃ）的 Ｔ Ｄ Ｏ Ｃ缓冲液提取人精子膜抗原，并与超声法及反复冻融法所获精子抗原通过 Ｓ Ｄ Ｓ Ｐ Ａ Ｇ Ｅ法分析比较其成分。 结果： Ｔ Ｄ Ｏ Ｃ缓冲液提取的人精子膜抗原种类丰富，考马斯亮蓝染色见 ２３ 条蛋白（多肽）带，明显优于超声法或反复冻融法所提的抗原。 结论： Ｔ Ｄ Ｏ Ｃ缓冲液所提取的精子膜抗原种类丰富，为进一步研究精子膜抗原及其抗体提供了条件。
Objectives:To extracte and analyse sperm membrane antigens. Methods: Sperm membrane antigens were extracted with TDOC buffer containing detergent Triton X 100 and deoxycholate and then separated by reducing SDS PAGE. Results: The result shows that it were rich in kinds of membrane antigens containing 23 bands coloured by Commassie brilliant blue R250,and were better than those extracted with supersonic or repeated freezing thawing method. Conclusions: Sperm membrane antigens could be extracted with the buffer containing detergent Triton X 100 and deoxycholate and the antigens kinds were rich.
