摘要
探讨无创血压在下肢的可行性、实用性并分析其与上肢血压的关系。方法:100 位受试者于平卧下接受试验:以宽13cm 、长65cm 充气袖套分次测量上臂、大腿、小腿三处血压,并测量各处周径。以均值记录周径、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、平均压(MAP),同时询问受试者测试时的感觉。结果:小腿与上臂周径近似,而大腿明显粗于上臂、小腿,大腿处SBP、MAP高于上臂(P< 0.01),小腿与上臂SBP、DBP、MHP相比无明显差异(P> 0.05),且相关性更好。在小腿测压受试者无不适感,而在大腿和上臂测压均有不同程度胀痛。结论:平卧时,在袖套与测试部位周径比例合适的情况下,上下肢血压在数值上无明显差异。
Objective:To research the possibility and applicability of noninvasive blood pressure (NIBP) appling for lower extremity and analyze the relations between the upper extremity's and the lower extremity's NIBP.Method:100 testees in dorsal decubitus position were tested.With a blood pressure cuff 65cm in length and 13 in breadth,the upper arm's、the thigh's and the leg's NIBP were tested step by step.Then their perimeter were measured.The perimeter and SBP、DBP、MAP were recorded by mean and the testees were asked their feelings simultaneously .Result:The upper arm was similar to the leg in perimeter.But the thigh was obviously thicker than the upper arm and leg.The thigh's SBP、DBP、MAP were superior significantly to the upper arm's (P<0.01).The leg's SBP、DBP、MAP were superior slightly to the upper arm's(P>0.05) and their relativity was better.when tested the leg's NIBP,testees felt ease,but tested thigh's and the upper arm's NIBP,they felt swollen more or less.Conclusion:In dorsal decubitus position,if the proportion of the width of the blood pressure cuff and the perimeter of tested site was normal,there is no difference in upper extremity's NIBP and the lower's.
