摘要
采取问卷调研的实证研究方法,基于167份来自网络商店的有效问卷,研究了个人特质和个人网络对创业意向的影响。结果表明:个人特质中的创新性、个人导向成就动机和社会导向成就动机均对创业意向有显著影响;个人网络中的网络意愿和网络应用对创业意向具有正向影响,而网络技能与创业意向之间存在负相关关系。
Adopting empirical research method and based on 167 valid questionnaires from Internet shops,this paper studies the impacts of personal traits and personal network on entrepreneurial intention.Results show that innovativeness in personal traits,individual-oriented achievement motivation and social-oriented achievement motivation all have significant impacts on entrepreneurial intention.It also show that network willingness and network application in personal network make positive impacts on entrepreneurial intention;however,network skill is negatively related to entrepreneurial intention.
