摘要
目的: 进一步探讨抑郁症可能的生化病理机制。 方法: 采用非平衡放射免疫测定法(RIA) 对符合入组标准的26 例抑郁症患者和20例对照者脑脊液(CSF) 中生长抑素(SS) 含量进行检测。 结果: 抑郁症患者CSF中SS水平(19.53±9.43) ng/L明显低于对照组(28.57±16.03) ng/L;抑郁症患者CSF中SS水平与汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD) 总分呈显著负相关(r= - 0.479)。 结论: 抑郁症发病与脑SS水平低下有关。
Objective:To study the relationship between cerebrospinal fluid(CSF) level of somatostatin and depression. Method:CSF level of somatostatin (SS) level was determined in 26 patients with diagnosis of endogenous depression and 20 normal matched controls. Results:CSF SS level was significantly lower in the depressed (19 53±9 43)ng/L than control group (28 57±16 03)ng/L.There was significant negative correlation between the HAMD total score and CSF SS level ( r =-0 479 in depressed subjects. Conclusion:Lowered cerebral somatostatin level might play an important role in the patholphysiology of depression.
