禽类消化道内分泌细胞的免疫组化研究现状

论文系统分析了禽类消化道内分泌细胞的分布特点。结果表明:消化道内分泌细胞不仅广泛存在于鸡的胃肠道,也在其他组织器官有分布。另外消化道内分泌细胞在鸡消化道内出现的时间也不同,五羟色胺、胰多肽、胰高血糖素和生长抑素细胞出现较早,蛙皮素和神经降压肽次之,脑啡肽最后出现。对于其他禽类,北京鸭和中国白鹅消化道内分泌细胞在胃肠道中的分布有一定的相似,但它们与鸡的消化道内分泌细胞分布存在着比较大的差异。

This text analyzed the distribution of digestive tract endocrine cells in the poultry.The results showed that the digestive tract endocrine cells not only resided in the digestive tract generally of chickens,but also in other tissues and organs.The development of endocrine cells in the chicken were different,serotonin（day-14）,avian pancreatic polypeptide,glucagon and somatostatin（day-16）,bombesin and neurotensin（day-18）,and finally,met-enkephalin（day-21）.The distribution of digestive tract endocrine cells in other birds such as Beijing duck and China white goose was similar,but there were relatively large differences with the chickens
