摘要
本文报告了ELISA检测抗—HIV的仪器校正、试剂盒的选择,尝试了用稀释法自制质控血清,并把自制的质控血清随同献血者标本一起操作,利用质控图判断实验的有效性,保证了日常工作的连续性和可比性。
The accuracy of instruments and the selection of reagent kits in the test of anti-HIV by using ELISA method were reported. We had attempted to prepare quality control serum with dilute method and operate the quality control serum with samples from the blood donors and judge the test effectiveness using quality control graph in order to ensure the consecutiveness and comparison of HIV test in the routing work.
