Some Opinions on Management of STD Epidemic Report in China

回顾了我国开展性病疫情报告和管理工作的历史,评价了目前两套疫情收集系统的现状,并分析了存在的问题。提出今后应从以下几个方面加强疫情管理工作,以获得更为精确的性病疫情资料,包括加快性病疫情管理软件的推广应用,修订性病诊断标准和治疗方案,理顺报告程序,消除重复报告现象,进一步加强哨点监测工作,改进目前疫情报告中存在的技术问题。

Reviews the history of STD epidemic report and its management in China and evaluates current situation of two sets of STD epidemic reporting systems and analyses the existing problems. To obtain more accurate data, some opinions for strengthening STD case management are aroused as follows: to promote the application and dissemination of STD case management software; revise STD diagnosic criteria and treatment guidelines and flowcharts, perfect reporting procedure to eliminate STD overlapping report, and strengthen sentinel surveillance further in China and improve the technology in STD epidemic report.
