摘要
目的：观察益欣康泰胶囊对小鼠运动后血液乳酸含量的影响；方法：选用昆明种小鼠，随机分为５ 组，对照组灌服蒸馏水，阳性药物组灌服红参醇提液，实验组分为高、中、低剂量组，分别灌服益欣康泰胶囊溶液１５０ｇ／ｋｇ、１００ｇ／ｋｇ、５０ｇ／ｋｇ 体重；结果：益欣康泰胶囊高、中剂量组均能明显降低小鼠运动后血液乳酸的含量，其作用并优于红参组；结论：益欣康泰具有降低机体运动后血液乳酸的含量，显示有良好的抗疲劳作用。
To study the effects of Yixinkangtai capsule on plasma level of lactic acid in exhausted rats.Methods:Kunming rats weres elected and divided into 5 groups randomly,including control group,Jin sheng group,and higher,moderate and lower dosage (15 0g/kg,10 0g/kg and 5 0g/kg)of Yixinkangtai group.Results:The plasma level of lactic acid was decreased in higher and moderate dosage of Yixinkangtai group and the decreased effect was superior to Jin sheng liquid group.Conclusions:Yixinkangtai has a siginificance of decreased plasma level of lactic acid and antifatigue in exhausted rats.$$$$
