摘要 通过分析墨路中油墨在墨辊上分配、传递的机理,把油墨在墨路中的每一次分配视为一个节点,建立了描述节点之间油墨分配原理和传输过程的数学模型,从而得到整个系统的数学模型,并给出了利用simulink对其进行动态仿真的方法。通过对两种典型的墨路系统进行仿真,得到其动态性能和墨层厚度变化规律,比较分析出墨路结构和滚筒空当对输墨性能的影响,验证了本方法的有效性,为墨路系统的设计研究提供了一种有效工具。 Based on the mechanism analysis of ink transferring and allocating on inking rollers, each allocation of ink was as a node. For each node, the mathematics models of reflecting the law of ink transferring and allocating were established, and then the model of the whole system was got. The dynamic simulation method of inking system using simulink was given. By simulating, the dynamic performance and ink distribution of two typical inking systems were obtained. Through comparing, the influence of the structure and cylinder gap on inking performance was analyzed and the validity of this method was verified. It will be a power tool for inking system design.
