摘要
目的:观察益欣康泰胶囊对老龄小鼠体内自由基代谢的影响;方法:在给老龄小鼠灌服益欣康泰胶囊溶液及灌服10 天后,测定小鼠红细胞中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH- Px)和丙二醛(MDA);结果:测定结果显示:该药高、中、低剂量组均能降低老龄小鼠体内MDA 含量(P< 001)和升高体内SOD、GSH- Px 活性作用(P< 005~P< 001)。结论:提示本药能提高机体抗氧化能力,减轻氧自由基对机体的损害。
To observe effect of Yixinkangtai on metabolism of oxygen free radicals.Methods:superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathion peroxide (GSH-Px) and malondialdehyde(MDA)were tested in the aged rats after 10 days administrating Yixinkangtai.Results:It showed that low,moderate,and high dosage of the drug all could decrease the content of MDA( P < 0.01 )and increased SOD and GSH-Px in the aged rats( P <0.05~ P < 0.01 )compared with control grou.Conclusions:This finding indicated that the drug can improve the ability of antioxidation,decrease the injury of free radicals to the body and have the effect of antiaging in the rats.$$$$
