益欣康泰胶囊对健康人和高原红细胞增多症患者体内一氧化氮合酶的影响

EFFECT OF YIXINKANGTAI ON NITROGEN OXIDE SYNTHASE IN THE HEALTHY SUBJECTS AND PATIENTS WITH POLYCYTHEMIA AT HIGH ALTITUDE

目的：观察益欣康泰胶囊对健康人和高原红细胞增多症（ＨＡＰＣ）患者体内一氧化氮合酶（ＮＯＳ）活力的影响。方法：选择了生活在海拔３ ３００ｍ 地区的３０５ 例健康人和１０２ 例ＨＡＰＣ患者进行服用益欣康泰胶囊前后体内ＮＯＳ活性的测定。结果：服药后健康人与ＨＡＰＣ患者血中ＮＯＳ活力均显著升高（Ｐ＜ ００１）。

To observe the effect of Yixinkangtai on nitrogen oxide synthase (NOS)in the healthy subjects and patients with high altitude polycythemia(HAPC).Methods:305 healthy subjects and 102 HAPC at high level(3 300m) were selected and the activity of NOS was measured before and after taking Yixinkangtai.Results:The activity of NOS in both groups was significantly decreased after administration of Yixinkangtai (P <0 01).Conclusions:It indicates that the drug influences the activity of NOS in both healthy subjects and HAPC.$$$$
