Analysis of strange land pathogenesis of recuperate in Lushan sanatorium

目的 探讨疗养员在庐山疗养地的异地反应的发生及原因。 方法 采用问卷调查方式，随机调查入院后１０ 天内出现的症状及出现症状的时间。 结果 肌肉关节痛的发生率明显高于其它症状，入院后２ ～３ 天达到高峰；消化道症状在入院后２ ～３ 天呈上升趋势，５ 天后明显减少；入院后１０ 天内各种症状均明显减少。 结论 疲劳是肌肉关节痛的主要原因；庐山是一个良好的高山疗养地。

Objective To investigate the incidences and cause of the str-ange land pathogenesis of recuperate in Lushan sanatorium. Methods Quest ionaire was undertoken in 354 of whole the recuperate in random after they were administration,the symptom and its lasting time was record. Results The incidences of symptom of muscloskeletal system much higher than others,which reach peak in 2～3 days after administration;after administration the incidences of symptoms of digestive system increased in 2～3 days and deccreased after 5th day.At 10th day all kinds symptoms was decreased. Conclusion Fatigue is chief cause of symtom in musculoskeletal system.The symptoms of digestive system is due to a sudden change of weather Lushan is a good mountain sanatorium of recuperate.recuperate who suffer different diseases should be administrated in different season to Lushan sanatorium.
