脑超声波和蝮蛇抗栓酶联合治疗血管性痴呆的疗效观察

Effective observation of vascuclar dementia treated by comprehensive way of Ultrasound wave

目的 比较用脑超声波和蝮蛇抗栓酶联合治疗血管性痴呆（ＶＤ） 与单纯用蝮蛇抗栓酶治疗该症的疗效。 方法 ８９ 例ＶＤ 随机分为治疗组４６ 例和对照组４３ 例。治疗组在用蝮蛇抗栓酶治疗的基础上加用脑超声波治疗，每日１ 次，１０ 次为１ 个疗程；对照组单纯用蝮蛇抗栓酶治疗。将两组治疗效果进行对照。 结果 治疗组总有效率８６ ．９ ％ ，对照组为４８ ．８ ％ ，两组差异有显著意义（χ２ ＝ １４ ．９８ ， Ｐ ＜ ０ ．０１） 。 结论 治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组，说明采用综合治疗的疗效较好，该方法简便，无痛苦，患者乐于接受。

Objective Compare the curative effect on treating vascular dementia (VD) by comprehemsive way of ultrasound wave、svate-3,and by single way of svaet-3. Methods 89 patients suffering from VD of were randomly divided into treatment group (43 cases) and control group (46 cases).The treatment group were treated by ultrasound wave and suate-3.Ultraxound wave treat once a day.a course consists of 10 times.The control group were treated with svates-3 as comparation. Results The results shows that 86.9% of general effective rate is obtained in the treatment group and 48.8% in the comtrol group,there is a significant differemce(χ 2=14.98,P<0.01). Conclusions The treatment group shows higher curative effect than the control group.The above result indicates the comprehensive way is the better choice on treating the disease and this comprehensive way is also pain-free,aceeptable for the patients and is worthwhile to promote our clinic practice.
