中药菊花煎灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效及对CD_(44)和CD_(62P)的影响

Effects of Ju Hua Jian in ulcerative colitis and on the contents of CD_(44) and CD_(62p)

目的 观察中药菊花煎灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎（Ｕｌｃｅｒａｔｉｖｅ ｃｏｌｉｔｉｓ，ＵＣ） 疗效及对外周血吞噬细胞膜糖蛋白（ＣＤ４４） 和可溶性粘附分子Ｐ 选择素（ＣＤ６２Ｐ） 的影响。 方法 ６４ 例ＵＣ 病人给予中药菊花煎灌肠治疗，并应用流式细胞术，测定ＣＤ４４ 和ＣＤ６２Ｐ的含量。 结果 ＵＣ 病人ＣＤ４４ 和ＣＤ６２Ｐ较正常人明显升高（Ｐ＜ ０ ．０１） ，经中药菊花煎保留灌肠治疗后，ＣＤ４４ 和ＣＤ６２Ｐ含量明显下降，与正常人相比无明显差异（ Ｐ ＞ ０ ．０５） 。 结论 中药菊花煎治疗ＵＣ 疗效肯定，并可降低ＣＤ４４ 和ＣＤ６２Ｐ含量。

Objective To understand the effects of Ju Hua Jian in Ulcerative Colitis and on the contents of CD 44 and CD 62P . Methods 64 patients were treated by Ju Hua Jian and observed the contents of CD 44 and CD 62P by flow cytonetric immunlylgy. Results The contents of CD 44 and CD 62P in UC patients were much higher than those flund in healthy people.After the retention enema with Ju Hua Jian preparation,the coneens of adhesive in UC lowered down greatly.There were no sibmificart differemce than that of nomor. Conclusion Ju Hua Jian has a better curative effect in the treatment of UC and function to regulate immunity,and reduce the contents of CD 44 and CD 62P
