结合第四军医大学西京医院图书馆个性化信息服务实践,探讨大型综合性医院图书馆个性化信息服务模式,即针对不同读者采用不同服务方式、变被动服务为主动服务、重视特色馆藏与特色数据库建设。

Combining with the service experiences of Library of Xijing Hospital,Forth Military University,the paper discusses the mode of providing personalized information services in large -scale comprehensive hospital libraries,namely,adopting different service modes to different readers,changing passive service to active service,paying more attention to special collection and database construction.
