The paper introduces the concepts and features of cloud computing：large -scale,strong computing capability,virtualization and cheapness.It discusses the application of cloud computing technology in libraries and its vitality：ensuring data safety,reducing operating cost,improving utilization ratio of resources.It also analyzes the challenge and key problems of library in using cloud computing technology.
