摘要
急性肺损伤/急性呼吸窘迫综合征是临床危重症之一,目前尚无特效疗法。骨髓间充质干细胞是多分化潜能的干细胞,可以归巢至肺脏并长期地定植,通过诱导分化,进行组织修复。骨髓间充质干细胞在受到损伤时释放,分泌大量免疫和营养相关的生物活性因子。在免疫调节中,抑制受损组织的淋巴细胞的免疫监视,逃避自身免疫,是异基因骨髓间充质干细胞广泛运用于临床治疗的基础,为急性肺损伤/急性呼吸窘迫综合征的治疗提供新思路。
Acute lung injury/acute respiratory distress syndrome (ALI/ARDS) is a clinical serious illness. At present, there is no effective therapy. Bone marrow mesenehymal stem cells (BM MSC) are muhi--differentiation potential stem cells, can homing to the lung and be long-term colonization, make tissue repair by inducing differentiation. BM-MSC are released in the injury, quantities of immunization and nutrition related bioactive factors are secreted. In immune regulation,it can inhibit immune surveillance of lymphocytes in damaged tissues to avoid autoimmunity,and is the basis for extensive use of allogeneic BM MSC in clinic,which provides new ideas for the treatment of ALI/ARDS.
