转运江苏省1196例地震伤员早期功能损害及康复需求分析

Analysis of Early Functional Impairment and Rehabilitation Needs in 1196 Earthquake Victims Transferred to Jiangsu Province

目的:分析转运江苏省1196例地震伤员伤情、早期功能损害和康复需求,了解其康复问题和特点。方法:伤员中男569例,女627例,平均年龄46.08±22.54岁。评估包括运动功能、生活自理能力、社会适应能力、生存质量指数(满分分别为18、12、9、10,总分49,)。结果:(1)损伤类别多种,骨折比例最高,复合性损伤占57.22%。(2)伤员涉及各年龄段,中年人居多。(3)功能损害涉及各方面,运动功能分值最低。(4)运动功能、生活自理能力、社会适应能力和总分在不同损伤类别间的差异有显著性,脊髓损伤和烧伤伤员的分值较低。(5)烧伤和脊髓损伤功能评估总分≤19分者占75%以上,而其它损伤类别≤19分者在20%～35%之间。结论:(1)选择综合性医院,康复人员应种类齐全、技能多样,创伤康复人员应有较大比例。(2)重视早期康复、运动功能康复。(3)加强脊髓损伤和烧伤的康复。

Objective：To observe all earthquike victims（1196 cases）transferred to Jiangsu from Wenchuan to explore their injury state,early functional impairment and rehabilitation needs.Methods：Study included 569 males and 627 females.Their average age was 46.08±22.54.Evaluation included motor function,activities of daily living（ADL）,social adaptive capacity and index of life quality（with full marks of 18,12,9,10 respectively and 49 as total score）.Results：①The injury category varied,fracture was the most common one,combined injuries were seen in 57.22% of victims.②The age of victims varied and most of them were middle-aged people.③ A lot of functions were impaired.The score of motor function was the lowest.one.④ The evaluation scores of motor function,ADL,social adaptive capacity were significantly different among different injury groups.The patients with spinal cord injury and burn injury had the lower scores.The total scores of more than 75% patients with spinal cord injury and burn were less than 19,while there were 20-35% patients with other injuries who had the score of less than 19.Conclusion：①We should choice comprehensive hospital with skilled staff of rehabilitation medicine.② Motor functiono rehabilitation and rehabilitation in the early stage should more important..③We should pay much attention to the therapy of patients with spinal cord injury and burn.
