前列欣联合马沙尼治疗ⅢA型前列腺炎临床研究

Clinical Study with Qianliexin and Terazosin for Treatment of Type ⅢA Prostatitis

目的:探讨前列欣联合马沙尼治疗ⅢA型前列腺炎的疗效。方法:120例ⅢA型前列腺炎患者,随机分组为前列欣组、马沙尼组、前列欣联合马沙尼组,每组40人,进行4周的观察。口服前列欣胶囊每天3次,每次4粒;马沙尼每晚1次,每次1粒。结果:治疗4周后总有效率90%。全组病例观察过程中未发现药物不良反应。结论:前列欣胶囊联合马沙尼治疗IIIA型前列腺炎的疗效确切。

Objective：To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Qianliexin in the treatment of Type ⅢA Prostatitis.Methods：A total of 120 Type ⅢA Prostatitis patients were enrolled in the tria1.Results：After 4 week therapy,the total efective rate was 90%.No adverse reaction associated with medication was observed.Conclusion：Zeguilongshuang might be efective and safe in relieving the subjective symptoms and improving the objective evaluation in the treatment of Type ⅢA Prostatitis patients with Terazosin.
