喹硫平与利培酮治疗首发精神分裂症的疗效分析

Analyse Clinical Efficacy in Treatment of First Episode Schizophrenia Between Quetiapine and Risperidone

目的:评价喹硫平与利培酮对精神分裂症治疗的疗效与副作用。方法:将63例首发精神分裂症随机分为2组,分别给予喹硫平与利培酮治疗,疗程8周,用阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)及副反应量表(TESS)在治疗前及治疗后1、2、4、8周末分别评定疗效及副反应。结果:喹硫平与利培酮治疗首发精神分裂症的疗效相近,但前者的不良反应较少,尤其EPS少,对体重影较小。结论:喹硫平是一种安全有效的抗精神病药物。

Objective：To evaluate the clinical efficacy and side effects between quetiapine and risperidone in the treatment of first episode schizophrenia.Methods：63 patients with first episode schizophrenia were randomly divided into two groups and given quetiapine and risperidone differently for 8 weeks,The positive and negative symptom scale（PANSS）and treatment emergent symptoms scale（TESS）were evaluated the clinical efficacy and side effects respectively before treatment and at the end of week 1,2,4 and 8.Results：In the treatment of first episode schizophrenia,Quetiapine and risperidone were similar,but the former had less side effects,particularly little EPS and weight.Conclusion：Quetiapine might be an effective antipsychotic.
