摘要
为完成好"十二五"期间北京市通州区现代农业规划的编制任务,促进现代都市农业相关政策的落实;对通州区内农业劳动力结构组成及分布现状进行实证抽样调查,包括务农劳动力的年龄、文化程度、性别、总务农时间等内容;通州区的农业劳动力"老龄化"程度高,并面临务农劳动力数大幅度下降并短缺的趋势。同时,务农劳动力的文化水平普遍偏低,兼业劳动力比例也很大。这种状况对现代农业发展和新农村建设都会产生不利影响。应当充分认识到农业劳动力状况的严峻性,采用积极有效措施应对这一无法回避的难题,防止给农业生产带来的隐患发生。
Aim to accomplish the project of modern agricultural development in the next twelfth five-year, the investigation was carried on the composition of rural labor in Tongzhou district including labor＇s age, sex, education and period of laboring time. Results show that the aging extent is very serious which will give rise to the number of labor decrease rapidly and face the problem of rural labor shortage in the next ten years. Meanwhile the education level of rural labor is still low at present. Also, there is a large quantity of part-time labors in this district which is a disadvantage for the development of modern agriculture and construction of new countryside. Therefore, we have to realize rural labor situation severely and conduct and apply some effective actions to solve this problem.
