Analysis on Rural Hydropower Development Benefits and Ecological Environment Protection Measures of Ji'an City in Jilin Province

本文介绍了吉林省集安市农村水资源的开发利用情况,对集安市农村水电开发带来的经济和社会效益,以及生态环境的影响进行了分析。并针对性的提出了减缓、消除生态环境不利影响的具体措施,为科学合理开发建设农村水电,实现水资源的可持续利用提供参考。

This paper describes the development and utilization condition of rural water resources of Ji＇an City in Jilin Province, and analyzes on economic and social benefits brought by rural hydropower development of Ji＇ an City, and influence on ecological environment. Concrete measures of eliminating and removing adverse effects of ecological environment are proposed with pertinence, thereby providing reference for scientifically and reasonably developing and constructing rural hydropower, and realizing sustainable use of water resources.
