摘要 预应力锚索在国内很多电站的地下厂房都得到过应用。受构造影响,宜兴抽水蓄能电站厂房和主变洞岩石质量指标较低,围岩自稳能力较差,为确保施工安全和工程的正常运行,对厂房和主变洞进行了预应力锚索加固处理。本文介绍了宜兴抽水蓄能电站地下厂房预应力锚索施工技术,并对锚索受力性能试验内容和过程,以及施工质量过程控制的关键问题分别进行了探讨,以期为锚索施工技术在水电站厂房的应用提供借鉴和参考。 Prestressed anchor cable technology has been applied in underground buildings of many domestic power stations. Being affected by the structure, the rock quality designation of the factory building and the main transformer tunnel of Yixing Pumped Storage Power Station are relatively low and the autostability of the adjoining rock is poor. Therefore, the factory building and the main transformer tunnel have been treated by means of prestressed anchor cable in order to guarantee construction safety and normal operation of the project. Introduced in this paper are the construction technology of prestressed anchor cable adopted for the underground factory building of Yixing Pumped Storage Power Station and respective discussions on the content and process of anchor cable load-bearing performance test as well as critical issues concerning process control of construction quality in an attempt to provide ideas and references for application of anchor cable construction technology in hydropower station buildings.
