摘要
目的:探讨兔颞下颌关节盘前移位后,关节结构中某些细胞外基质成份的改变。方法:在建立颞下颌关节盘前移位动物模型的基础上,通过偏振光显微镜,改良Masson染色以及阿辛蓝染色,观察30只兔关节盘、髁状突的胶原纤维以及糖胺多糖的变化。结果:细胞外基质研究表明,关节盘前移位术后,关节盘中间带胶原纤维明显断裂,双板区出现含胶原纤维的假性关节盘。早期髁状突糖胺多糖丧失,术后4周开始糖胺多糖合成增加。在关节盘穿孔的标本糖胺多糖持续减少。结论:关节盘前移位可导致胶原纤维破坏,糖胺多糖合成增加。发生严重关节软骨破坏的病例中。
Object: To discuss extracellular matrix changes in the temporomandibular joint of surgical induction of anterior disc displacement (ADD) in the rabbit. Methods: After surgical induction of anterior disc displacement in the rabbit, the collagenous fiber bundles and glycosaminoglycans (GAGs) in the disc and condyle of thirty rabbits were determined by using circular polarizing light, modified Masson stain and Alcian blue stain.Results: Extracellular matrix changes showed that there were fragmentation of the collagen fibers in the intermediate zone of the experimental disc and the disc like change in the posterior attachment, the loss of glycosaminoglycans (GAGs) at early stage after inducing ADD and the increased synthesis of GAGs in 4 weeks ADD group, but there was decreased synthesis of GAGs in perforation group.Conclusion: There are derangement of collagen fibers and increased synthesis of GAGs in surgical induction of anterior disc displacement in the rabbit. There are decreased synthesis of GAGs in the sample of severe arthritic changes.
