摘要
目的对老年脑卒中康复期综合护理措施进行探讨。方法选取2005～2009年在我院就诊的82例老年脑卒中患者,其中男47例,女35例;对其进行综合护理。结果 80例恶性血液病感染患者经过上诉方法护理之后,显效79例(98.75%),无效1例(1.25%),总有效率98.75%。可见年脑卒中康复期综合护理疗效良好。结论在康复过程中把心理护理与健康行为方式教育贯穿于始终,稳定了患者的情绪,增强了患者战胜疾病的信心,促进了患者的康复。
Objective To discuss the comprehensive care of elderly stroke rehabilitation measures. Methods From 2005 to 2009 and 82 cases of elderly stroke patients,47 patients were male and 35 female; their were takon comprehensive care in our hospital. Results 80 cases of hematologic malignancies in patients infected with methods of care through an appeal,the markedly effective was 98.75% 79 cases,1patient was invalid（1.25%）,the total effective rate was 98.75%. Stroke rehabilitation can be seen in a good curative effect of integrated care. Conclusion In the rehabilitation process, the psychological care and health education throughout the behavior has stabilized the patient＇s emotions,and strengthen the confidence of patients fight disease and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
