推进马克思主义大众化，必须关注大众精神世界。在教育和宣传的内容上必须坚持“三贴近”的原则，形式上要强调途径、手段和工具的多元化，文风上注意通俗易懂和情理交融的有机结合，消除大众对马克思主义的距离感，体现宣传教育中的民间意味和大众情怀。尊重人民群众的主体地位，激发大众自觉学习、研究和实践马克思主义的积极性与主动性，充分发挥民众自我教育、互帮互教的作用。努力营造健康和谐的理论大众化的氛围，提升全社会对马克思主义理论的认同度。

To promote the popularization of Marxism, the spiritual world of the public must be concerned. The contents of education and public awareness must adhere to the principle of ＂three closes＂ . The diversification of the approaches, measures and tools in form should be emphasized. Reason and feeling mingling between easy understanding and rationality in the style of writing should be noticed. So it can eliminate the public sense of distance in Marxism and reflect the private means and public feelings in the propaganda and education. We should respect the dominant position of the people, stimulate the enthusiasm and initiative of public conscientious studying, researching and practicing to Marxism, and give full play to the public self, help each other. We should make great efforts to create a healthy and harmonious atmosphere for the popularization of theories, to enhance the acceptance on the Marxist theory from the whole world.
