武汉市城区建筑抗震性能评价系统的开发及研制 被引量:3

摘要 为了简化武汉市城区建筑抗震性能评价工作,一方面通过从以往震害实例选取具有典型破坏特点的建筑物作为样本,另一方面从武汉市城区建筑进行单体抽样计算建立样本库,以建筑的结构类型、用途、层数、建设年代和场地类型为震害影响因子的震害特征类比预测方法,研制开发了武汉市城区建筑抗震性能评价系统,并通过与实际建筑结构的抗震鉴定结果进行对比验证了该系统的可靠性。该系统应用于武汉市城区建筑抗震性能的评价工作,并对其结果进行了分析。 To simplify the evaluation of seismic performance of urban buildings in Wuhan city, a software systern is developed. In this software system, on the one hand typical damaged building were chosen as samples from previous earthquakes, on the other hand, some typical urban buildings in Wuhan city are selected as samples and then analyzed by theoretical or computational methods. The analogous prediction method is employed based on influential factor including structural type, building usage, floors, construction time, soil conditions and so on. The reliability of this software system is verified, and this software assessment system has already used in the evaluation of seismic performance of urban buildings in Wuhan City.
