碱性中孔分子筛BaO/MCM-41催化聚苯乙烯裂解反应 被引量:2

摘要 以水热合成法制备碱性中孔分子筛BaO/MCM-41催化剂并将其用于催化聚苯乙烯裂解反应。考察了催化剂种类、BaO含量、反应温度、反应压力和反应时间对聚苯乙烯裂解反应结果的影响,并对催化剂的重复回用性能进行了考察。结果表明:BaO/MCM-41具有较好的催化性能和重复回用性能。在m(催化剂)/m(PS)=2%、反应温度410℃、反应压力0.01 MPa和反应时间20 min条件下,聚苯乙烯转化率大于98%,液体产物收率大于96%,液体产物中苯乙烯含量大于72%(质量分数)。催化剂重复回用6次后,PS转化率、液体收率和苯乙烯含量没有明显变化。另外,采用XRD技术对所制备的BaO/MCM-41催化剂进行了表征。 Alkaline mesoporous molecular sieve BaO/MCM-41 was synthesized under hydrothermal conditions and used in catalytic pyrolysis of polystyrene(PS).The effects of catalyst kind,content of BaO,reaction temperature,pressure and time on catalytic pyrolysis results of PS were examined.And the reusable performance of the catalyst was also examined.The results showed that BaO/MCM-41 had better catalytic performance and reusable performance.Under the conditions of m(catalyst)/m(PS)=2%,temperature 410 ℃,pressure 0.01 MPa and time 20 min,the conversion of PS was equal or greater than 98%,the yield of liquid product was equal or greater than 96% and the content of styrene in liquid product was cqual or greater than 72%.There is no obvious changes in PC conversion,liquid product yield and styrene content after the catalyst was reused for 6 times.Moreover,the obtained BaO/MCM-41 was characterized by XRD.
