摘要
采用Fenton法和类Fenton法预氧化处理模拟PVA废水,探索了影响预氧化的因素,并用活性污泥法考察了预氧化对废水可生化降解性能的影响。结果表明,Fenton法在最佳条件下(t=30 min,pH=4,n(H2O2)∶n(Fe2+)=10,T=35℃)预氧化后模拟废水的BOD5/CODCr值由0.064升为0.603;类Fenton法在最佳条件下(t=30 min,pH=4,n(H2O2)∶n(Fe2+)=6,T=35℃)预氧化后的BOD5/CODCr值由0.064升到0.606,2种方法都有效提高了模拟PVA废水的可生化降解性,类Fenton法预氧化比Fenton法预氧化在达到基本相同结果时节省H2O2用量39%。经与活性污泥法联合处理,类Fenton法预氧化处理的模拟PVA废水的可生化性更好,CODCr去除率由未经预处理时的20%提高到95%。
The methods of Fenton and UV/Fenton were used to pre-oxidize the PVA simulated wastewater,exploring the factors that affect pre-oxidation.Then the activated sludge processing was adopted to identify the effect of pre-oxidation on biochemical degradation properties.The research shows that,under the optimum conditions,Fenton pre-oxidation(t=30 min,pH=4,n(H2O2)∶n(Fe2+)=10,T=35 ℃) and UV/Fenton pre-oxidation(t=30 min,pH=4,n(H2O2)∶n(Fe2+)=6,T=35 ℃),the ratio of BOD5/CODCr increases from 0.064 to 0.603,and 0.064 to 0.606,respectively.Both of the two methods improve biochemical degradation properties of PVA obviously.Compared with Fenton pre-oxidation,UV/Fenton pre-oxidation can save the dose of H2O2 39%.After treated with activated sludge,the biochemical degradation property of UV/Fenton method is better,that is the removal efficiency of CODCr with UV/Fenton pre-oxidation is 95%.
