含吡啶型聚苯乙烯阴离子树脂的合成及其对碘的吸附性能

摘要 通过对聚苯乙烯进行氯甲基化处理,获得了氯甲基化的聚苯乙烯树脂,然后把吡啶固载到树脂上得到含吡啶型聚苯乙烯阴离子树脂。通过FT-IR和元素分析方法研究了该树脂的结构并对其吸附碘的性能进行了研究,结果表明该树脂在中性水溶液中对碘的吸附能力比在酸性条件下强,碘在树脂中的吸附符合液膜扩散机理,吸附动力学方程符合拟一级和拟二级动力学方程;吸附热力学符合Langmuir吸附模型和Freundlich吸附模型。 Through the chloromethyl treatment of PS,chloromethylated PS resins were obtained.Then pyridine was loaded on the chloromethylated PS resins to produce the PS resins containing pyridine structure(CMPS-pyridine).The structure and composition of the resulting resins were studied by means of Fourier transform infrared and elemental analysis methods.The adsorbing capacities for iodine,adsorbing rates were investigated.The results showed that CMPS-pyridine had good adsorption capacities for iodine.The adsorption amount of iodine on the resin in natural water was higher than in acidic medium,and the adsorption mechanism of CMPS-pyridine resins for iodine is well interpreted by the film diffusion model.The adsorption kinetics of the resin can be modeled by pseudo first-order rate equation and pseudo second-order rate equation wonderfully.Both Langmuir equations and Freundlich equations could well interpret the adsorption of CMPS-pyridine resins for iodine.
