摘要
为提高废弃混凝土的利用率,达到完全循环利用的目的,本文通过废弃混凝土磨细粉XRD图谱分析其作为水泥的混合材的可行性,试验分别用10%,20%和30%的废弃混凝土替代水泥熟料并测试两种激发剂的激发效果。分析结果表明,用掺量为10%废弃混凝土磨细粉可以生产出标号为42.5水泥,掺量20%时强度要降低为32.5水泥。激发剂Na2SiO3的合适掺量是1%,激发剂NaOH的作用效果不明显。
For increasing utilizable efficiency and reusing concrete completely of waste concrete,the feasibility of using waste concrete for cement addition is studied through XRD patterns.The paper used separately 10%,20% and 30% wastes concrete to replace cement and tests the effect of two kinds of excitants.The experimental results show that 42.5 ordinary portland cement can be produced when the admixing amount of waste concrete is less than 10% and 32.5 ordinary portland cement can be produced when the admixing amount of waste concrete is less than 20%.Excitant Na2SiO3 mixes is 1% appropriately and the excitant NaOH has no obvious effect.
