摘要
用ＩＣＰ－ＡＥＳ法测定了８７ 例冠心病患者头发样品中的Ａｌ、Ｂａ、Ｃａ、Ｃｏ、Ｃｒ、Ｃｕ、Ｆｅ、Ｍｇ、Ｍｎ、Ｎｉ、Ｐｂ、Ｓｒ、Ｚｎ等１３种微量元素的含量，并和健康人进行比较，结果显示：冠心病患者机体中Ｎｉ、Ｚｎ 超载，Ｃｒ、Ｃｕ、Ｍｇ、Ｍｎ 含量降低，其它元素无显著性差异。
In order to study the correlation between trace elements and coronary heart disease(CHD),13 kinds of necessary trace elements in the hair of 87 sufferers from CHD were determined by ICP AES. The data were compared with the normal′s. The results showed that the contents of Ni and Zn increased, Cr,Cu,Mg and Mn decreased, whereas the contents of Al, Ba, Ca,Co,Fe, Pb and Sr had no significant difference when compared with the normal's. This assay estimated the relationship between the contents of trace elements in the hair of patients with CHD and CHD.
