《一嚏千娇》是王蒙1988年推出的一部风格殊异的中篇小说。王蒙自称受到了米兰·昆德拉的影响。本文详细比照了《一嚏千娇》与昆德拉《生命中不能承受之轻》在“元叙述”、“词语切入叙事”、“反复叙事”、复调结构等方面的“同”与“异”，从而探寻《一嚏千娇》对王蒙小说创作的意义和价值之所在，提示出王蒙对米兰·昆德拉的承继与独创的启示意义。

Wang Meng＇s novelette ＂An Elegant Sneeze＂ in 1988 is artistically different from his previous writings. Wang Meng himself admitted that he drew inspiration from Milan Kundela. The paper compares ＂An Elegant Sneeze＂ with Kundela＇s Unbearable Light- ness of Being in detail to show the similarities and the differences in terms of metanarrafive, keywords narration, repeated narrative and polyphony structure. The paper intends to reveal the significance and value of the novelette in Wang Meng＇s overall writings and his creative imitation of Kundela.
