摘要
在发展中国家和地区,非正规金融对于中小企业融资具有重要的作用。在非正规金融的私人契约治理机制中,社会资本构成了经济交易中的重要资源。由于社会资本的存在,非正规金融在一定程度上是中小企业"自主自愿"选择的结果。社会资本的动态变化推动非正规金融的"关系型融资"向契约型融资转变的同时,应该辩证地看待社会资本对非正规金融的影响。
Informal finance has played an important role for SMEs＇ financing in developing countries and regions.Social capital constitutes an important resource for economic transactions in private contractual governance mechanisms.Due to the existence of social capital,the informal finance becomes the SMEs＇ voluntary decision-making in a certain extent.The dynamic change of social capital promotes non-formal finance changing from ＂relational financing＂ to contract financing,at the same time,we should considerate dialectically the influence of social capital on the non-formal finance.
