摘要
直立性低血压是人体从卧位转为站立时静脉回心血量减少,脑血流暂时缺血所引起的一系列临床症状,主要表现为体位改变时血压下降从而出现头晕、晕厥等,对人们的日常生活以及工作等造成不良影响.
Orthostatic hypotension（OH） is a series of clinical symptoms which are caused by reduction of venous return and temporary ischemia of cerebral blood flow when the body standing up from a supine. When postural changes, the blood pressure will decreased. It always permance as dizziness, fainting, and etc. It makes adverse effects in daily life.
