基质细胞是构成骨髓造血微环境的重要组成部分,在各系造血细胞增殖、分化、成熟、迁入血窦并最终进入外周循环的过程中发挥重要作用.基质细胞包括树突状细胞、巨噬细胞、成纤维细胞、内皮细胞、脂肪细胞和网状细胞等.这些细胞可以通过分泌细胞因子、胞外基质和细胞直接接触调控造血的全部过程,基质细胞造血微环境的紊乱将直接造成各种血液和免疫系统疾病.

Stromal cells are the important part of the bone marrow microenvironment. They provide a suitable environment for the self-renewal, proliferation and differentiation of the hematopoietic stem cells. Stromal cells include dendritic cells, macrophages, fibroblasts, endothelial cells and adipocytes. They secrete cytokines,extracellular matrix and provide direct cellular contaction to regulate hematopoiesis. Dysfunction of the stromal cells will lead to all kinds of hemopathy and immune system diseases directly.
