Legg-Calvé-Perthes病100年——我们认知多少 被引量：2

摘要 Legg-Calve-Perthes病(LCPD)是当今儿童骨科领域广受关注的髋关节疾患之一,对其病因和治疗方法的研究以及学术观点的争论,既表现在对该病发生、发展和转归整体过程认识不足,也表现在对该病阶段性和局部性令人鼓舞的治疗结果。在LCPD被首次描述100年后的2010年,国际儿骨科学会联盟(IFPOS)召开第5次学术大会,世界各地专家充分交流并展示过去100年间对LCPD的认知。该文就本次会议关于LCPD病理和病因、转归和预后及治疗研究等主题作一综述。
