腰椎椎间融合研究进展 被引量:21

摘要 腰椎椎间融合术在传统前路、后路及经椎间孔椎间融合的基础上,近年出现了改良的小切口和微创手术,其融合率不仅不低于传统的开放手术,且并发症发生率明显降低。轴向腰椎椎间融合术作为一种新的手术方式开始应用于临床,具有明显优势。为克服自体植骨的不足,骨替代材料不断出现,骨形态发生蛋白显示出良好的应用前景。腰椎椎间融合器设计理念、材质及应用方式等也出现许多新进展。该文就腰椎椎间融合手术路径、融合材料及椎间融合器等研究进展作一综述。
