摘要
针对综采放顶煤的特殊开采工艺,分析了采空区浮煤赋存状态,将综放采空区冒落带自上而下分为矸石带、矸石与浮煤混合带、浮煤带等3个带,提出了在工作面走向上和采空区垂直高度上都存在自燃三带、2个方向上三带的有机组合构成综放采空区空间自燃三带的论断,进而提出了空间自燃三带的概念;在对煤炭自然发火条件分析的基础上,确定把氧气浓度和浮煤厚度分布作为空间自燃三带划分指标,制定了空间自燃三带的划分标准,利用该标准对实际综放工作面采空区进行了划分。
According to the special mining technique of the fully mechanized top coal caving mining,the paper analyzed the float coal deposit status in the goaf.The coal caving zone in the goaf of the fully mechanized top coal caving mining face was divided into three zones from top to bottom,as the coal rejects zone,the coal reject and left coal mixed zone and the left coal zone.The paper provided that there would be three spontaneous combustion zones in the strike of the coal mining face and the vertical height of the goaf.The paper provided the conclusion that the organic combination of the three zones in the two directions would form the three room spontaneous combustion zones in the goaf of the fully mechanized top coal caving mining face.Thus the conception of the three room spontaneous combustion zones was provided.Based on the analysis on the coal spontaneous combustion conditions,the oxygen density and the left coal distribution were determined as the division index of the three room spontaneous combustion zones.The division standard of the three room spontaneous combustion zones was set up and could be applied to divide the actual goaf of the fully mechanized top coal caving mining face.
