According to the reliability as the importance of the maintenance idea for the mine equipment,with the reliability theory and with the analysis on the mine equipment utilization status,reliability index and fault law,the paper scientifically set the repair content,optimized the repair time and divided the repair type.The service time replacement,the time repair,the time maintenance and related prevent fault occurred countermeasures in order to have the max utilization of the system were applied to effectively control the reliability of the equipment and improve the reliability and economy of the mine equipment.
