摘要
以PVC板支撑活性炭纤维(ACF)作为微生物载体,构建了折流式ACF生物膜反应器,并用于处理模拟生活污水,考察了有机负荷及进水DO浓度对系统处理效果的影响。结果表明,在水温为23~26℃、pH值为6.78~7.08的条件下,系统的最佳有机负荷为17.3g/(m^2·d)、最佳进水DO为2.5mg/L,此时系统对COD和氨氮的去除率分别达到85.2%和65.5%,出水COD和氨氮分别降至25.6和8.6mg/L,处理效果较好。
A baffled activated carbon fiber (ACF) biofilm reactor was constructed using ACF supported on PVC plates as microbial carriers and used to treat simulated domestic sewage. The influence of organic loading and the influent DO on the treatment efficiency was investigated. The results show that when the sewage temperature is 23 to 26 ℃, and pH is between 6.78 and 7.08, the optimal organic loading and influent DO are 17.3 g/( m^2·d) and 2.5 mg/L respectively. The removal rates of COD and ammonia nitrogen are 85.2% and 65.5% respectively, and the effluent COD and ammonia nitrogen are reduced to 25.6 mg/L and 8.6 mg/L, showing good treatment efficiency.
