摘要
采用问卷调查法、访谈法对陕西省六所特殊教育学校197名特殊教育教师专业发展现状进行了调查。结果发现,特殊教育教师数量匮乏;特殊教育教师专业化程度偏低;特殊教育教师培训次数少,培训内容缺乏针对性;特殊教育教师科研意识淡薄。针对陕西省特殊教育教师专业发展中存在的问题,提出促进特殊教育教师专业发展的建议:特殊学校与大学建立合作机制;建立特殊教育教师资格认证制度;特殊教育教师培训走终身教育的道路;通过多种因素的作用促进教师参与科研。
This article aims to probe into the professional development of special education teachers, by using questionnaires and interviews to test 197 teachers from 6 schools for special education in Shaanxi Province. The results show the following: the deficiency in the number of special education teachers; the low professional level of special education teachers; the insufficient training of special education teachers, as well as the lack of adaptability of the training courses; and the special education teachers' weak awareness of scientific research. In view of these problems, the article suggests the following: establishing a system of cooperation between special educa- tion schools and universities, building the special education teacher certification system, conducting the life-long education of special education teachers, and mobilizing a variety of factors to promote the special education teachers' participation in scientific research.
