唾液表皮生长因子与复发性口疮关系的初步研究

Initial Research on Relations Between Salivary Epidermal Growth Factor and Recurrent Aphtha ulcer

采用放射免疫测定法对9名复发性口癌患者发作期唾液中表皮生长因子进行检测，并以29名健康人的唾液样本进行对照。结果显示：患者组唾液表皮生长因子浓度为1.63±0.34μg/L，对照组为4.50±1，60μg/L，两组差别有极显著意义（P＜0．01）。提示唾液表皮生长因子含量低可能引发复发性口疮。

Epidermal growth factor (EGF) was measured in saliva of 9 patients suffering from recurrent apbtha ulcer (RAU) and 9 healthy persons by radioimmunoassay. The result sbowed that the copeentration of salivary EGF of the patient group was 1. 63 ±0. 34 μg/L and that of the control group was 4. 50± 1. 60 μg/L. Significant differences in salivary EGF leves were observed between normal subjects and RAU patients (P<0. 01). The writers think it is possible that the low level of EGF in saliva may induce the occurence of RAU.
