摘要 本文结合京航运河泗阳复线船闸下闸首底板设计,对边载影响和参数选择进行初步分析,认为设计中边载的计算长度取(0.5~1.0)l即可;边载弯矩取值宜根据梁的受力性质和不利情况,取用不同边载弯矩比值与之组合;在闸首坞式平底板设计中门坎段柔性指数取3~4,上、下游段取5~7为宜;刚度折减系数一般为0.8~0.85;裂缝开展宽度宜控制在(0.25~0.29)mm之间比较经济合理。 With reference the design of lower lock floor of ShiYang double-line navigation lock; this paper carries out a prelminary analysis on the effects of side loading and selection of parameters. The author suggests that. ( 1. )It is well enough to take the length of side loading in design as (0.5-1.0)l, where l indicates a half width of the lock floor; ( 2 ) The values of bending moment induced by side loading should be taken according to the property of acting forces to the beam with disadvantageous conditions, and then take different moment proportionality into combination; ( 3 ) In the design of lock head floor, it is suitable to take the flexibility factor as 3-4 for the gate sill section and take 5-7 for upper and lower sections; ( 4 ) The reduction factor of rigidity may take 0.8-0.85 ordinarily; ( 5 ) The maximum crack opening should be controlled within 0.25-0.29 mm. The above consideration may be useful to an economical and reasonable design.
