摘要
利用MTS试验机及自制的直剪和拉拔模具,进行了不同水、温状态下界面污染对半刚性基层与沥青混凝土面层层间黏结性能影响的试验研究,揭示了层间抗剪强度和拉拔强度随界面污染量变化的规律。研究结果表明,保持半刚性基层与沥青混凝土面层层间界面的洁净与干燥,对提高其层间黏结性能、确保基层面层的整体性具有十分重要的意义。
Using MTS with home-made mould for direct shear test and tensile test,a series of expe-rimental studies for influence of interface pollution on interlaminar bonding performance between semi-rigid base and asphalt course are carried out in different damp and temperature conditions.Response of interlaminar shear strength and pull strength to interface pollution quantity is revealed.Results show that interface cleanness and dryness should be maintained,which is significant to improve interlaminar bonding performance and enhance integrity of semi-rigid base and asphalt concret pavement.
