去神经创面和普通创面整张中厚皮片移植后感觉恢复的效果比较

A comparison of sensation recovery between split skin grafts covering common and denervated wounds

目的：比较整张中厚皮片移植于去神经创面和普通创面后的感觉恢复的比较。方法：６４ 例患者分为２ 组：（１）去神经创面组３１ 例，为带神经皮瓣移植术后的供皮创面。（２）普通创面组３３ 例，为瘢痕切除后的创面。用大腿部整张中厚皮片移植覆盖，术后观察１～１３ ａ。结果：２ 组移植后比较触觉、痛觉、温度觉和２ Ｐ Ｄ ４ 项指标的结果，普通创面组均较去神经创面组为优。２ 组比较差异有非常显著性（ Ｐ＜ ０．０１）。结论：整张中厚皮片移植于普通创面后的感觉恢复优于去神经创面。

Objective:To compare the reault of the sensation recovery in the onedian thick spilt skin grafted as a whole sheet on a denervated wound surface with that on a common wound surface.Methods:64 cases were divided into Group 1( n =31)with a wound left after harvesting a skin flap with a substantial nerve branch and Group 2( n =33) with a common wound resulting from scar excision.The duration of postoperative follow up ranged from 1 to 13 years.The sensibility was evaluated in terms of touch,pain,temperature and two point discrimination by various apparatuses.Result:The sensation recovery of the grafts in Group 2 was obviously superior to those in Group 1( P <0.01).Conclusion:The sensation recovery in the spilt skin grafts convering a denervated wound surface fails to be satisfactory.
