国际旅游城市评价指标体系的构建及应用研究

CONSTRUCTION AND APPLICATION OF INDEX SYSTEM ON MEASURING INTERNATIONAL TOURIST CITY

近年国内不少城市提出建立国际旅游城市,并进行了相关实践,而学术界在此领域的研究较有限。文章借鉴国内外理论与实践经验,构建了一套包含10个二级指标和70个三级指标的国际旅游城市评价指标体系,通过AHP模型测算了指标权重,并运用该指标体系对南京和苏州两市做了初步实证研究。结果表明,苏州多项指标略高于南京,两市均初步达到旅游国际化水平,国际旅游业总体特征表现为"一流的资源,二流的服务,三流的营销",经济、社会和生态环境基本符合国际标准,但国际交流能力较为薄弱。

Recently more and more domestic cities have put forward the goal of building international tourist cities,and started to carry out it.However,research on this field is limited.This paper builds an index system on measuring international tourist city,including 10 indexes of second grade and 70 of third grade,uses the AHP method to determine the index weight,and finally makes a preliminary empirical study on Nanjing and Suzhou.The result indicates that Suzhou＇s scores are slightly above those of Nanjing in many indexes,and the two cities both have achieved preparatory tourism internationalization.In summary,basic features of international tourism industry in the two cities are ＂topping resources,second-rate service,and third-rate marketing＂.Economic,social and ecological environment of the two cities can elementarily comply with international standards,but they have weak capacity of international exchange and cooperation.
